Added Cold Damage Support

Added Cold Damage is a support gem that adds cold damage to hits made with the linked skill.

Skill functions and interactions

The cold damage will be added to hits made by any attack skill or spell that hits, or hits made by things such as the area damage explosions from , , or Minion Instability. The cold damage will not be added to damage that is not part of a "hit", such as the Bleeding caused by , or the Chaos Damage per second from being Poisoned by or . The cold damage will however be added to the weapon hits from Puncture, Caustic Arrow, Viper Strike, and any other skill that hits.

3.15.0	Quality on the Anomalous Added Cold Damage Support no longer grants “Supported Skills have 0-10% increased Attack and Cast Speed”. It now grants “Supported Skills have 0-10% chance to Freeze”.
3.0.0	Added Cold Support and Added Lightning Support have been buffed, bringing them on par with the Added Chaos Support gem. Added Cold Support now does 35.1% more damage at gem level 20. Added Lightning Support now does 17.5% more damage at gem level 20.
