Arcane Wake is a skill granted by Lua error: Error: invalid field alias "items._pageName"; aliases cannot contain dots or quotes... It may be modified by socketed support gems.
It drops Slipstream on the location of the character.
Slipstreams granted by arcane wake do not stack. Therefore the buff to action speed can never go above 10%. However, this not stackable behaviour was not confirm as intended or not as no GGG staff has confirmed or denied it[1]
