Attributes

A character's attributes

The three core attributes are Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence. Most equipment, skill gems, and support gems have attribute requirements. A character must meet or exceed an item's attribute requirements in order to use it.

Each attribute also provides certain inherent bonuses:

Every 10 Strength grants
Every 10 Dexterity grants
Every 10 Intelligence grants

Base Attributes[]

All classes have a starting total of 60 attributes of different weights, based on their alignment on the passive tree. The Scion starts with 20 of each attribute.

Additional Attribute Scaling[]

Certain unique items provide additional scaling to attributes.

Modifying Attributes[]

Attributes can be increased by stacking base Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, and/or All Attributes and X% increased Attributes modifiers.

Implicit Attributes on Items[]

One item has an implicit modifier that provides base All Attributes: Lua error: Error: invalid field alias "items._pageID"; aliases cannot contain dots or quotes..

Attributes on Equipment[]

All Attributes affixes can appear on the following base item categories. These modifiers are always suffixes.

The game has an All Attributes crafting suffix mod that can be discovered in the lab trial in The Tunnel. The mod +(10 to 13) to all Attributes can be crafted onto the all items except flask, belt, jewel, and map.

Transforming attributes[]

Converting one attribute to another is called transforming. This can be done on the passive skill tree by socketing certain unique jewels. In a large radius, they will transform one attribute - granted by allocated skills in the area - to another attribute.

Attribute Requirements Mods[]

The prefix X% reduced Attribute requirements has a value of -18% or -32% and lowers the total amount of each attribute needed to wield the specific weapon or armour. The mod can only appear on weapons and armour.
