Block Chance Reduction Support

Block Chance Reduction is a support gem. It reduces the target's chance to block or dodge the supported skills. If the enemy blocks the supported skill, it inflicts overpowered which further reduces the enemies' chance to block. It is a recipe-only support gem intended to have a player-versus-player focus.

However, some bosses of the game has monster mod that increase their block chance, such as Argient and Platinia of , or some of the player designed monsters in the unique map.

3.5.0	Supported skills now have 10% reduced Enemy Block Chance at gem level 1 (down from 20%) and 20% reduced Enemy Block Chance at gem level 20 (down from 29%). If a supported skill is blocked, it inflicts "Overpowered", which reduces block chance by 5% for 4 seconds, and can be applied any number of times.
1.3.0	The Block Chance Reduction support gem now does not increase the mana cost of supported skills. In addition to reducing block, it now also reduces dodge.
1.2.0	The amount of penetration has been reduced by a flat 10% at all levels.
