Speed to you and Allies
You and nearby Allies deal 30% increased Damage
You and nearby Allies have +30% to Elemental Resistances [1]
Commander of Darkness is a Notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Necromancer that grants increased attack speed and cast speed to the user and nearby allies for each non-curse auras cast by user. It also grants increased damage and elemental resistance to you and your allies if they are being affected by your aura.
Mechanics[]
Each Aura from skill the player character has, also grants 3% Attack and Cast Speed per aura to the player character and his/her allies. Despite Commander of Darkness's description stating simply "Auras," only non-curse auras will work, as curse aura, such as from Blasphemy SupportBlasphemy SupportSupport, Hex, Aura

The Elemental Resistance and Increased Damage granted by Commander of Darkness is applied only once, and is not classified as an aura (from active skill), so it cannot be further enhanced. The player character and allies did not have an status icon either, so it may be harder for allies to monitor they are buffed from Commander of Darkness or not, unless they keep Character screen open.
The speed effects of Commander of Darkness are classified like an aura[confirmation needed because of 3.10.1c] and are added onto the effects of whatever non-curse auras the player has cast. Thus, the effects that are granted can be further enhanced by the Necromancer's own Aura Effect stat, with the resulting effect always being rounded down to the nearest integer. For example, a Necromancer with six auras active and 50% Increased Aura Effect will grant 4% Attack and Cast Speed per aura (not 4.5%), granting a total of 24% Increased Attack and Cast Speed. Note the speed is not 27%, as one might initially expect; this is the result of the rounding down per aura. The following table lists several breakpoints in increased Aura Effect for increased speed.
