Crimson Watchstone are tied to the region of the Atlas. Each region only drop one Crimson Watchstone. The first watchstone requires to follow the questline Chasing a Dream, The Elderslayers and The Crusader to spawn Baran in the corner region of the Atlas. And the second watchstone requires to spawn Baran in a new region, with that region has a watchstone socketed, and so on. The fifth to eighth Crimson Watchstones requires to socket 4 watchstone in a new region in order to spawn Baran and drop Crimson Watchstone.
