Melee Damage on Full Life is a support gem that grants more physical damage to attacks made with the supported melee skill, but only when the player is on full life. Being even one life below the maximum will nullify the effect.

Skill functions and interactions

The gem requires the player to be on full life. If the player is affected by damage over time, such as from Module Error: Too many skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Blood Rage". Please choose only one of the following ids:
BloodRage - (5-15)% increased Attack Speed, 1.2% of Attack Physical Damage Leeched as Life, You take 4% of your Maximum Life per second as Physical Damage, You take 4% of your Maximum Energy Shield per second as Physical Damage, 25% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Kill, Base duration is (7-10.8) seconds (page)
JunTriggeredBloodRage - 5% increased Attack Speed, 1.2% of Attack Physical Damage Leeched as Life, You take 4% of your Maximum Life per second as Physical Damage, You take 4% of your Maximum Energy Shield per second as Physical Damage, 25% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Kill, Base duration is 7 seconds, 10% chance to Trigger this Spell on Kill (page)
