Layout

When you enter Doryani's Machinarium, there are three paths you can travel and a staircase that leads to an empty boss room. Each path has a payload you'll need to transfer and is connected to one of the boss's arms. When you reach the end of each path, you are presented with three buttons.

Each button augments that arm with an element: fire, cold or lightning. After you've completed each path and you have augmented each arm, you can then fight the boss you have created. The reward you'll receive is based on the options you have chosen.

The Apex Assembly will always drop Doryani's Delusion. Your choice for the buff to minions determines the base of the item (fire will yield the armour base, cold will yield the evasion base and lightning will yield the energy shield base). Your choice for the buff to claw determines the element damage to attacks/spells. Your choice for the buff to Bludgeon determines the element of the purity.

3.10.1	Doryani's Machinarium now drops at a tier based on the Watchstone count of the appropriate region of your Atlas. This means that if you have 4 Watchstones in the region that contains the , Doryani's Machinarium will drop at its maximum tier.
3.9.0	The Atlas of Worlds has been reworked. You now start at the centre and will work your way outwards as you explore a new storyline. Added a new mechanic - Watchstones: These can only be obtained by defeating one of the new Atlas bosses. They can be used to raise the tier of all maps in a particular region of the Atlas, causing all maps of those base types to drop at the new higher tier. Unique maps can now drop with varied tiers based on the state of your Atlas. Maps that previously had monster level overrides (such as ) now instead rely on the variable tier.
3.5.0	The Atlas of Worlds has been shuffled. Most maps have changed tier and location within the Atlas. Many map bosses have also shifted around. Some have been retired and replaced!
