3.0.0	Pierce has been reworked. Items and skills that used to use or provide pierce chance now instead use or provide a number of pierces. Once a projectile has reached its pierce limit, it will not pierce further. Screaming, Shrieking and Deafening Essences of Misery now grant +1, +1, and +2 Pierces respectively. Existing Shrieking Essence of Misery mods that specifically had a 20% chance to pierce will become +2 Pierces.
