Modifiers

Flesh and Spirit causes rampage while equipped. Additionally, this item grants the following each time the character enters a rampage tier:

• Recovery of 20% of the character's maximum life
• Five souls for Vaal skills

Drop restrictions

This item was exclusive to the Rampage league. It is currently only obtainable by trading with other players, purchasing from Cadiro in Perandus League, exchanging certain divination cards or through Zana's map device. Starting in the Incursion league in Version 3.3, it can also drop from the Altar of Sacrifice Tier 2 or higher in the The Temple of Atzoatl.

Item acquisition

Flesh and Spirit can drops from any monsters due to the change in version 3.14.0. Divination cards that grant league-specific item, are still able to grant this gloves (as of 3.14). It is not certain that this gloves can be chanced without Rampage league mod from Zana or not.
