Gifts of the Red Queen is a unique Vaal Reliquary Strongbox. It can be added to a map through a specific sextant mod.

The boss of this strongbox is Mahuatzl, Artisan of Desire. The skill set of that monster is similar to Ixtolatl, Artisan of Sacrifice, the boss of another unique strongbox, Gifts of the Sacrificed.^[1]^[2]
