Gruthkul's Despair consumes you. You are slowed, take more damage and have reduced light radius.
Gruthkul's Despair is a debuff that cast by the boss Gruthkul, Mother of Despair and the map variant. Unlike normal Lua error: Error: invalid field alias "items._pageName"; aliases cannot contain dots or quotes.., the player character can have multiple stacks of Gruthkul's Despair, and take more damage (instead of just take more damage from chaos damage and damage over time). In addition, the player character is slowed and have reduced light radius.

The file name of the debuff icon of Gruthkul's Despair, is "Despair.dds" under the folder "BuffIcons", while the skill icon of Lua error: Error: invalid field alias "items._pageName"; aliases cannot contain dots or quotes.. is also named "Despair.dds" under the folder "SkillIcons".
