Heart of Thunder is a notable passive skill that grants increased lightning damage and additional penetration against lightning resistance. It also grants a percentage of lightning damage dealt as energy shield leech.

Version	Changes
2.0.0	Lightning Resistance Penetration increased from 2% to 3%.
1.2.0	Lightning Weaver renamed to Heart of Thunder. Heart of Thunder also grants lightning resistance penetration, but no longer grants cast speed. The area surrounding the Witch, Shadow and Ranger has been redesigned. Many values have been adjusted.
