Hextouch Support is a support gem that causes a linked hex debuff to get applied to target on hit with the linked active skill.
Mechanics and Interactions[ | ]
Hexes cast via this trigger no longer possess their area of effect property, only affecting the enemies hit with the linked skill. Since the hex was not self-cast, it will also not gain Doom.
To use this gem, it needs both a linked attack or spell, and a linked hex spell. As stated in the tooltip, hexes linked to this gem cannot be cast directly.
Hextouch is considered a trigger only for the linked curse, and not the attacks or spells which are applying it (see Trigger). This means it can be used with trigger skills such as
