This item has the hits can't be evaded modifier.
The Your Critical Strikes Do Not Deal Extra Damage modifier implies that the the critical strike damage multiplier, for all damage, is set to 100%. Therefore, increases and decrease to critical strike multiplier are ignored, such as Lua error: Error: invalid field alias "items._pageName"; aliases cannot contain dots or quotes.. or Lua error: Error: invalid field alias "items._pageName"; aliases cannot contain dots or quotes... This mod can also be found on Ungil's Harmony, Elemental Overload, and Coralito's Signature.
