==Mechanics==
 
"Elemental Golem" refers to the [[golem]]s summoned from {{sl|Summon Flame Golem}}, {{sl|Summon Ice Golem}}, and {{sl|Summon Lightning Golem}}. These golems will gain elemental damage immunity and grant increased bonuses for having them summoned.
 
 
While {{sl|Summon Chaos Golem}} and {{sl|Summon Stone Golem}} won't gain elemental damage immunity or increased buff effect, players can still gain the increased damage bonus from these golems. Having multiple golems (i.e. {{il|Clayshaper}}) does not allow stacking the damage bonus from multiple of the same type of golem, but will grant the player increased damage for multiple types for each unique type of golem summoned.

Liege of the Primordial is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Elementalist that increases the maximum number of golems and grants increased damage for each golem you have active. It also enhances the buffs gained from them, with increased buff effect for each golem summoned, and automatically re-summons golems a few seconds after they are killed, removing the need to manually re-summon them. Note that the effects and auras of the golems, including benefits gained per summoned golem from this and similar effects (ex. Elemancer), are still lost for the few seconds the golem is dead.
