Hexes you inflict have +4 Doom
Malicious Intent is a notable passive skill.
- Hexes you inflict have +4 Doom: Only self casted hex curse gains Doom over time. The modifier seems unclear in wording, but the back end stat id is
hex_starting_doom. It means hex you inflicted has an initial Doom = 4, and then (if it is self cast hex) gain Doom according to the rate of that hex. E.g. Elemental WeaknessElemental WeaknessSpell, AoE, Duration, Curse, Hex

- It is not clear that it does apply to the initial Doom of hex aura or not, as the wording "inflict" is also used in other aura-like mechanic such as the interaction of Nearby Enemies have # Exposure and Exposure you inflict applies an extra -#% to the affected Resistance.
- 20% increased Damage with Hits and Ailments against Cursed Enemies: ailments that deal damage are poison, bleed and ignite.
