Maligaro, the Artist is a unique monster located in Maligaro's Sanctum in Act 7.
The fight is fairly simple. At approximately 75% and 50% health he will teleport to the end of the arena and release a monster, Black Death, Pain Unending or Fidelitas, Loyalty Undying respectively. He will be invulnerable until the monster dies and regain some Energy Shield. Around 10% he will teleport away, unleash a barrage and regenerate, but not release any more monsters.
