Maraketh is a race/faction of the Wraeclast. Their leader are known as Sekhema.

They live in Highgate. All the Maraketh weapons are related to this faction.

Deshret is a Legendary Sekhema of Maraketh that seals the door The Mines as well as orders her villagers to guard the door at the Highgate.

Nenet, a rogue, came from Faridun, a faction that was exiled by Maraketh, according to Adiyah's dialogue. Faridun is featured in the Act 2 of the upcoming Path of Exile 2 as enemy faction.
