Version	Changes
3.11.0	Now has 200-230% increased Physical Damage (from 230-260%). Base type base attacks per second is now 1.0 (from 1.1). Implicit now grants 45% increased Stun Duration (from 30%).
3.8.0	In addition to the above ways of encountering Legion monoliths, you can now find Legion uniques in chests that award league-restricted items. Unique items that can be found exclusively from Legion encounters as of 3.7.0 can still only be found from Legion encounters and the related reward sources above.
