Changes: Mastermind of Discord

Exposure you inflict applies an extra -25% to the affected Resistance
Regenerate 1% of Mana per second if you've inflicted Exposure Recently [1]

Mastermind of Discord is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Elementalist that grants elemental penetration based on the element you have a Herald skill active for. It also grants Heralds increased effect and reduced mana reservation.

Version	Changes
3.2.0	No longer grants penetration for 10 seconds when you use a skill of a certain element. Now grants penetration for the element you have a specific Herald active for. Added 25% increased Effect of Heralds on You and 25% reduced Mana Reservation of Herald Skills.
2.3.0	Element penetration increased from 20% to 25%. Penetration buff duration increased from 4 seconds to 10 seconds.
2.2.0	Added to the game.
