Merveil's Blessed is a type of Sea Witch.
Merveil's Blessed have the ability to cast both Frostbolt and Sea Witch Wave. They are a type of special monsters GGG added into the game available only in end game maps. They are there to increase challenge and variety with the side effect of adding more Raise Spectre monsters to the pool.
Being cold and combining with cast speed and Spell Echo They freeze and slow very often making them very useful as safe map clearers.
