Mechanics

The Mana Regeneration Aura from this item is additive to other increase/reduced mod, including the 60% reduced Mana Regeneration Rate on this item. Assume it does not have other mods from other source, the net effect of this item is granting 30% increased Mana Regeneration Rate to allies, but the player character has 30% reduced Mana Regeneration Rate.

The buff is an aura, but it is not an aura skill, thus does not benefit from mod such as #% increased effect of Non-Curse Auras from your Skills. The aura from the original item can stack with each other characters that use Leer CastLeer Cast
