Sanctum of Immortality is an incursion room. It is upgraded from Sanctum of Vitality and itself from Pools of Restoration.


The room contain a Loot container Pools Coffer that contains a magic item with "Guatelitzi's" prefix or "of Guatelitzi" suffix. No need to kill the architect of the room to unlock the chest. The chest may instead contains Mask of the Spirit DrinkerMask of the Spirit Drinker

This item can be transformed on the Altar of Sacrifice along with Vial of Summoning
. The chest may also contains additional item that have the signature mod.
