Thus, the item can drops in T15 map (area level 82) or higher, or area level 79 map with strongbox that have specific mod; in Delve, the item can potentially drop in area level 82 (from the node that have unique boss) or from unique boss in area level 79+ that have . On top of the drop level restriction, the drop chance of this item is low and was requested by the creator of this item.

However, ignore drop level of the unique. Player still need an item level 67 or higher to chance, however.
