Soul of Steel is a notable passive skill that grants increased and flat armour rating. It also grants additional maximum elemental resistances.

As of version 3.13.0, the passives cluster is located at Marauder area of the skill tree. The cluster shares the same Strength node with Bloodless cluster and Imbalanced Guard keystone.
