Tailwind is a buff that grants the character 10% increased action speed for 4 seconds.

Gathering Winds, which grant the player character Tailwind buff, also grant additional effect when the player character has the Tailwind.

The Gathering Winds version of Tailwind is behave like aura, which the allies would also have Tailwind, if the player character that have Tailwind is nearby . However, mod that scale aura effect is not affecting Tailwind , since Tailwind is not an aura granted from skill gem.

The buff itself did not stack, but the effect is scaled by the number of skills used recently (within 4 seconds) if the player character has the Gathering Winds passive. Since the passive has a mod 10% increased Effect of Tailwind on you for each Skill you've used Recently, up to 100%. The player need to use 10 different skills to reach 100% increased effect of Tailwind, however.
