Legacy variant[]
Can you check whether the 2.6.0 Legacy variant is correct? I got a different Hrimsorrow with a fixed evasion rating and no Evasion%. (Found this while comparing stashed Legacy and Breach uniques.) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Phoocae (talk • contribs)

- Based on patch note, legacy version should not have "(5-7) to (13-15) Added Cold Damage to Spells and Attacks" and "cannot be obtained by rerolling the item's mods with a Divine Orb". But based on trade search (using mod group to exclude flat added damage mod), none of the legacy item has % increase Evasion rating mod (50% increased Evasion Rating), and all has flat +50 increase mod instead (the current mod is a variable +(40-50) to Evasion Rating). It seem there is a bad wording in patch note, which the correct change was all existing item has converted to new mod but retaining numeric value. Similar change also existed in other item but i forgot which. Neokowloon (talk) 00:42, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
- Just bought a legacy variant and confirm my theory Neokowloon (talk) 20:35, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
- 1) I can confirm that the pre-2.6.0 legacy variants of Hrimsorrow have +50 to Evasion Rating rather than +(40-50) to Evasion Rating. There are no legacy variants with 50% increased Evasion Rating.
- 2) The reason that "increased Evasion Rating" is mentioned in the patch notes is because before version 2.6.0, Hrimsorrow did have 50% increased Evasion Rating. With the release of version 2.6.0, the 50% increased Evasion Rating mod on all existing Hrimsorrows was changed to +50 to Evasion Rating. In other words, this was a legacy-altering change. —Vini (t|c) 06:13, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
- 3) Using a Divine Orb on a pre-2.6.0 legacy variant of Hrimsorrow will re-roll the mods to the updated values, but it will not add the new mod, Adds (5-7) to (13-15) Cold Damage to Spells and Attacks. —Vini (t|c) 06:13, 28 February 2020 (UTC)
