league specific unique

Ok, it seem it is not reliable to use unique tab to check as the counter in standard was 924, vs in league 939 (939-924 = 15). However , in the preview at https://www.pathofexile.com/exilecon/two, it said "12 of which come from the Conquerors and 4 of which are league-specific" Neokowloon (talk) 19:58, 16 December 2019 (UTC)

ok, have a manual one to one check, the following are missing from perma standard tab as of 3.9.1b:

• (3.8, so is it really Blight specific?)
• (3.8, so is it really Blight specific?)

So, deducting 11 from Blight, there is 4 new items from 3.9 that is not have a slot (only a hidden one) in perma standard tab. So may be they really are league specific unique. Neokowloon (talk) 10:28, 27 December 2019 (UTC)
