Healing question

Because of lag I have not played in groups. I am putting these questions here for people who play in groups to test if they want to.

100% of Life Recovery from Flasks is applied to nearby Allies instead of You

This doesn't say life recovery from life flasks, it just says from flasks. It could possibly work on other things that can grant life recovery to allies from flasks. These things could all be tested and then noted here. Some may or might not work. Some of them have a lot of power for healing party member. Examples to test:

• - Insant full life recovery. Does it even work to heal allies? Does it count the druggery players full life and heal allies for that amount? Or does each ally heal their own full life amount?
• - Heals for 450-600% of mana cost in life. I assume this counts the druggery users mana cost, but does it even work to heal allies?
• - Recover (1-3)% of Life when you Kill an Enemy during Flask Effect - Will this heal allies when you kill?
• - Recover (75-100)% of Life on use - Does it even work to heal allies? Does it count the druggery players full life and heal allies for that amount? Or does each ally heal their own full life amount?
• and - Both of these state Life Recovery from Flasks also applies to Energy Shield during Flask Effect. These do not state your flasks, so they might make the druggery healing apply to energy shield. Very strong if this interaction works for energy shield builds.
