The answer might seem obvious - but does this skill only work with wands?
With skills like Cleave, Whirling Blades, Lacerate etc there's always something in the skill description saying "can be used with ..." or "works with ..." but this is missing for this skill.

Well yeah, it just seems a little inconsostent to the desriptions of other skills. I also think it's not perfectly clear if I get a power charge for every culled enemy or every enemy that's nearby or every enemy I kill with this skill ...
Maybe I'm just a little too fastidious. Or stupid ;-)
