Talk: Voll's Vision

There's something I don't understand:

The item gives +(260-300) Armour -> range of 40

but in the description of the item it says Armour (505 to 553) -> range of 48

How can this discrepancy be explained?

Edit: I just noticed that this discrepancy shows with many items, I really think I'm missing something here :-)
