The Market Sewers was an optional area in Act 3. This area did not have a waypoint and was connected to The Marketplace.

Sarn's sewers are medium-sized rooms connected by narrow tunnels. The quest item Lua error: Error: invalid field alias "items._pageName"; aliases cannot contain dots or quotes.. is in a stash at the center of a large square room.
