The Plaguemaw IV is a sealed prophecy. It is a part of The Plaguemaw prophecy chain. It can be fulfilled in the Hedge Maze, a side area of The Imperial Gardens. Inside Hedge Maze spawns a unique Arcanist Strongbox, The Plaguemaw's Offering.
