Vaal Impurity of Lightning

Vaal Impurity of Lightning is a Vaal skill gem. It temporarily grants the caster and nearby allies lightning damage reduction, immunity to shock, and causes their lightning damage to ignore enemy lightning resistance.

Version	Changes
3.12.0	No longer grant reduced damage taken of their respective damage types, and now instead grant +5% to their respective maximum resistances at all gem levels.
3.6.0	Now gain 4% aura effect per gem level (from 5%). Now cause you to take 25% less damage of their associated element, instead of 25% reduced damage.
3.5.0	Vaal Impurity of Lightning is now instant, with a very short cooldown.
