Sever the Right Hand is a Quest in Act 3.
The goal of this quest is to defeat General Gravicius in the Barracks. However, the way to that area is substantially blocked. In order to complete this quest, you'll have to undertake several tasks to find a path through the sewers.
- Collect the Ribbon Spool from the Battlefront.
- Collect the Thaumetic Sulphite item from The Docks.
- Take both items to Lady Dialla on the third floor of Solaris Temple. She will reward you with another quest item: Infernal Talc.
- Take the Infernal Talc to the Warehouse Sewers, and use it to destroy the Undying Blockage, thus opening a new path to the Sewers Aqueduct, which leads to the Barracks.
- Find General Gravicius in the Barracks and kill him.
- Return to The Sarn Encampment for your reward.
